About Speakeasy Socials
Your social media agency should be too.
Why we exist
Brilliant hospitality brands — venues with incredible food, beautiful spaces, experiences people genuinely loved — getting outperformed online by competitors with half the product and twice the posting schedule.
We’d see a boutique hotel with stunning rooms and a dead Instagram. A wine bar with a loyal local following and a Facebook page that hadn’t been updated in six weeks. A wellness studio where the owner was staying up until midnight trying to figure out reels instead of focusing on what she was actually good at.
And the agencies they’d tried? Most of them were generalists who treated every business the same — same templates, same strategy, same content that could belong to a dentist or a dog groomer. The hospitality industry has its own rhythm. Its own seasons. Its own way of connecting with guests. And the social media should reflect that.
So we built an agency that only serves hospitality and lifestyle brands. Not because we couldn’t do other industries. Because this is the one where we know we can make the biggest difference.

The people behind the agency

Claudia Sherrin
Claudia’s background is in fashion and high-impact brand campaigns. She’s built brands from scratch, led launches that actually landed, and has an almost unsettling ability to look at a business and immediately see what’s missing from its brand presence.
She’s the one who takes the raw essence of what makes your venue, your product, or your experience special — and turns it into content that makes people stop scrolling. Not because it’s loud. Because it’s right.
She’s also the reason our content calendar is planned three months out, every client file is named correctly, and nothing falls through the cracks. Structure and creativity aren’t opposites in Claudia’s world. They’re the same thing.
What you won't find on her resumé
Pug Parent. Gin over wine. Admin queen (seriously, she's probably already added all of next year's events to the calendar). Silently judges poorly named files.

Nicole Hardenburg
Nicole holds a Master's in Programme Evaluation and a Psychology Honours degree — which is a more academic way of saying she understands why people do what they do, and how to make them do it online.
She's the strategist, designer, and copywriter behind the system. The one who builds your content strategy around how your business actually operates — not around a generic best-practices checklist from a marketing blog. The one who designs a feed that looks like it belongs to a premium hospitality brand, not a stock template with your logo dropped on top. The one who writes captions that sound like you, not like a marketing agency pretending to be you.
Nicole turns "we think this will work" into a strategy you can actually see, read, and feel across every post. That's the difference between an agency that posts and an agency that performs.
What you won't find on her resumé
Can spot a spelling mistake on a restaurant menu from across the room. Soft spot for a good serif font. Wine and cheese enthusiast — for research purposes, obviously.

We don’t serve everyone. That’s the point.
Most agencies will take on anyone — a dentist on Monday, a fashion brand on Tuesday, a plumber on Wednesday. And they use the same strategy for all of them. That’s not how hospitality works.
Hospitality and lifestyle brands operate on a rhythm that generalist agencies don’t understand. You have seasons. You have bookings cycles. You have slow Tuesdays and packed Saturdays. You have guests who discover you on Instagram before they ever visit your website. Your social media isn’t a nice-to-have — it’s often the very first impression a potential guest has of your business.
We chose to specialise in this industry because the stakes are different. A bad social media strategy doesn’t just mean low engagement — it means empty tables, missed bookings, and guests who chose somewhere else because your feed looked inactive.
We understand hospitality||

We know what drives bookings||
We only work with brands like yours
Two brands. One mission.

Our social media management agency. We run your Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, GBP, and more — strategy through execution. Done-for-you social media that keeps your brand visible every week without your daily involvement.

Our influencer and editorial channel. We feature, review, and showcase hospitality and lifestyle brands to an engaged audience that’s actively looking for their next experience. Paid collaborations that produce real content and real visibility.
Brands that use both get the compounding effect: influencer-driven discovery feeding into a professionally managed social presence that keeps the momentum going.
Now you know who we are. Let’s find out what your social media needs.
Start with a Social Tasting. We’ll audit your digital presence, tell you exactly what’s working and what isn’t, and show you the path forward.
