Discover everything you need to know about our upcoming day out at the PowerHER Fit Fest at Allée Bleue Wine Estate.
Come with us as we head down to the beautiful Allée Bleue Wine Estate in Franschhoek for a day that feels like someone took an incredible fitness festival, a brilliant girls' day out, and a seriously good party, and decided to roll them all into one. 🥂✨
Whether you're joining us in Cape Town or gathering the girls in Johannesburg, we're going to need both our trainers and our dancing shoes for this one! We’re heading over to experience it all firsthand, and if you know us, you know we couldn't miss this lineup.
The festival is bringing global fitness sensation Kayla Itsines to South Africa live for the very first time, taking the stage for a high-energy live bootcamp. Alongside the workout sessions, you can dive into inspiring Pulse Talks with leading wellness voices and spend the day exploring the vibrant Food and Brand Village.
When we're done sweating it out, the energy shifts straight into celebration mode, because what’s a festival without a proper after-party? Lady Zamar will be taking over the stage to soundtrack the evening as we trade our gym gear for festive vibes.
Here are the official dates and venue details so you can mark your calendars:
📅 Johannesburg Edition: 7 November | The Chosen Convention & Expo Centre (23 Summit Dr, Rispark, Johannesburg South)
📅 Cape Town Edition: Saturday, 14 November | Allée Bleue Wine Estate (Cnr R45 & R310, Groot Drakenstein, Franschhoek)
We’ll be there to experience it all firsthand, capturing the sweat, the surprises, and everything in between to share with you.
We would like to say a special thank you to PowerHER Fit Fest and their entire amazing team for pulling together such an incredible lineup.
We look forward to experiencing it all with you! 🙌
