I’ve always been pretty strict about what I put into my body. A few years ago, I completely changed the way I eat, and clean, natural living became non-negotiable. Botox has never interested me, so when I started focusing more intentionally on my skin, collagen felt like the obvious next step.

Naked Collagen Complete (Types I, II & III)
This is the unflavoured one, and I love that it disappears completely. Every morning I stir a scoop into my coffee, and it doesn’t change the taste at all. Within two weeks, I could already see a difference, my skin looked brighter and healthier, and my fine lines started softening. For someone who only wants natural support, that was a really welcome surprise.
Collagen Beauty Bars
These have become my go-to snack. No refined sugar (a big deal for me), and they actually taste good. Cocoa is my favourite by far, but all the flavours are solid. I can have one in the afternoon without it affecting my weight, which is rare for anything that satisfies a sweet craving this well.
Collagen Iced Teas
I honestly can’t remember the last time I regularly drank cold drinks, but these are delicious. Refreshing, light, and they make staying hydrated feel like a treat rather than a chore.

I’ll definitely be continuing with these. Next on my list is trying their collagen skin cream, because I have a feeling that pairing it with what I’m already using is going to take things up another level.
